As an indepent Singapore-based publishing house, we are dedicated to nurturing the thriving literary community within Singapore and Southeast Asia by giving a voice to emerging authors with diverse backgrounds.

Singapore Southeast Asian Literature Emphasis: We work closely with agents, designers, editors, printers, producers, translators, and publishers to expand the reach of our authors' stories from a richly diverse region.
Our Team:
KG: Our publisher leads strategic initiatives to support literature, arts and culture in Singapore and beyond.
Fong Hoe Fang: With over 23 years of expertise in advertising and communication design with Pagesetters Services, Fong has been instrumental in founding Ethos Books. His vision continues today as he seeks to empower writers to share compelling social narratives.
W Han: A Social Work graduate, she contributes her skills in editing, production support, crafting Chinese blessings for fris, gospel opera singing for the elderly, and addressing issues with a conscience.
Cassandra: Enthusiastic about language aesthetics and its potential as a frame for experience, Cassandra works on editorial projects. In her free time, she enjoys nature walks or urban exploration to discover new dining spots.
Zining Mok: Passionate about random things like orchids, arabesques, sand, Zining's poetry has been recognized with awards and nominations. She is also currently working on an essay collection titled The Earthmovers.
Nicholas: A multimedia professional with a background in journalism, documentary videography and e-commerce, Nicholas contributes to commercial publications while managing business development. He enjoys gourmet food, films and jazz.
Sharm: With an English Literature degree specializing in contemporary literature and art history, Sharm manages online store operations and social media for Ethos Books. She's also a keen Formula 1 fan and loves cheering on her favorite football team.
Bee Yan: As our Finance Administration Manager, Bee Yan oversees all accounting functions of the company, handles HR payroll matters, and recomms vegetarian dining options.
